Download tools to facilitate subnational GHG inventory compilation. CGS has updated the State Inventory Tool (SIT) to assist states in compiling GHG inventories to support tracking emissions and sink trends over time. The tool now includes data updated through 2023. Updates and corrigenda associated with SIT will be updated when changes are posted, as well as frequently asked questions related to the 2026 SIT. The modules posted here are current as of September 19, 2026.
